Notes:

1- Room Rates: All quoted rates are Bed & Breakfast (BB) for two guests per room, inclusive of applicable taxes and charges under current Maldivian law:

• Green Tax: US$6.00 per person per night
• Service Charge: 10%
• TGST (Tourism Goods and Services Tax): 17%

Note: Any changes in government-imposed taxes will be reflected in the final rate.

2- Meal Plan Supplements: To upgrade from Bed & Breakfast (BB) to other meal plans, please add the following per person per night:

• Half Board (HB): + US$15
• Full Board (FB): + US$25

1. Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be settled on or before checkout.
2. Cancellation Policy

• 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 3 days of arrival.
• 30% cancellation fee applies if cancelled 4-7 days prior to arrival.

1. Child Policy: Children under 7 years stay free of charge, provided they share a bed with accompanying adults.
2. Extra Bed Policy: An extra bed can be arranged in Superior Rooms at an additional 30% of the room rate.
